Sales Executive for the USA market (office-based)

  • Find and add New Opportunities to Microsoft Dynamics
  • Make outbound calls to end users
  • Make calls to leads and current customer base
  • Complete stock, price queries and quotes for customers
  • Follow up Sales Calls
  • Work on outbound campaigns
  • Complete all sales forms & any manufacturing specifications forms
  • Keeping customer contact up to date on the system
  • Contacting customers advising on alternative items on orders
  • Resolving any issues with delays – keeping customer informed
  • Dealing with and resolving complaints through to resolution
  • Debt Collection
  • Order negotiation
  • Taking inbound calls
  • May be required to support Admin function for USA market when required

Salary: £22,000 pa
